Is Columbus my home now?

Alrighty. Gosh, it's been a long time. Where have you been? I can't believe the roller coaster that has been my emotional life over this past year. It's funny. I left A&F a year ago. WOW.. just really put it together that it has been 1 year..
I'm here to give you an update into what has been happening since I returned to O H I O.
Not sure what my long term plans are, but here for now, here still November and planning on enjoying it.
I pulled some pics off of my phone to give you an idea of what life has been looking like,  but to explain quickly, it's been pretty fun, full of music, Cinci, family time, friend time and a new job as well as a new endeavor, to be covered on future posts. See below!

I have gotten to go to a lot of shows.. This is the David Wax Museum performing at Rumba Cafe in Columbus. It was a GREAT show-- these two are really talented and on top of that, they are friends of Ruth's.

Work party time. Lots of things to celebrate when I started here and everyone's really nice and the work is pretty cool too.

Concert after Columbus Clippers game. Thought this was a nice pic.

Comrade Question performing during the summer. Try to never miss a show!

Glowing Deer in a tree in the Short North. Really enjoying the few quirky things Columbus pops up with on an occasion. I could use more of this..

Visiting my family's property in Cinci in Northside. Miss this place. It has been nice to get home a lot lately.

Santigold show!!!! Really great aside from an angry girl that tried to pick a fight with me. I calmly backed away and Justin and I skirted soon after due to general pushyness of the crowd.

Lots of hand stamps lately.

Santigold was great. Just needed to say it again.

Me and G. Love this little guy.

Katie and Derek. Derek's sporting a Tee from Homage where KB just got a new gig.

Jeremy being goofy while out to lunch on a visit home. Really fun day, helping to offset the hard time home.

Guess I'll mention here that this was the weekend that Greg Miday took his own life. Greg was a guy I went to high school with at Walnut. He had an impact on me. One I was shocked to feel and go through for weeks although we were not very close. RIP Greg. It was really really strange to feel as if I physically felt life change during this weekend.

Thankfully, I got to take right off to SF for a camping weekend with Monica and Anne right after. A little lightness never hurt anyone and this was a really light weekend. If only I could have stayed forever.

One of the most beautiful places on earth.

The crew back together.

Here's Tinkerbell. I'm calling her Twinkie, she and Fe Fe are mine for now. Such sweet dogs. I was dog sitting these for the summer, or so I thought. The owner, well... we'll just say, the owner is "leaving" them with me........

Thanks to Nicole for this card. LOVE IT.

Columbus got recycling. Hellll yeahh....

Maybe the best Ted Talks ever. I think I've made KB watch this at least a few times. Let me know if you'd like the pleasure as well.

Amy Hamilton's place. Always inspiring and calming.

Paul's studio. Amazingly talented man.

This is Brandy, my new boss.

Fireworks show with the fam in Northside, Cinci.

Party time with the ladies and Jeremy. Happy Birthday Jeremy. Thanks for taking these sweet pics.

Bike Trip with Beth, G and mom and dad. I wish I was there again as well. I really really love national parks if you haven't noticed.

I've taken this omen to heart. It seems true. Time to listen.

Tinkerbell got groomed and she's sitting calmly on my desk waiting for me to get my stuff together and leave work. Pretty cute with her bows... hahah.

Happy Birthday Emily!
but not sure how I didn't end up with a birthday pic of KB.
Happy Birthday Katie!
Virgo Love.

Here's another pic of my sweet girls. If anyone knows anyone who would be willing to take them both, I'd love to meet them. I don't think I can keep them, but they are so so nice and lovely hearts.

That's it for now. Check back soon. Adventures are happening and new days dawn.
